Join us for stand up paddleboarding on beautiful Julian Price Memorial Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway at the foot of Grandfather Mountain, near Blowing Rock.
New to SUP? On the peaceful waters of Price Lake is the perfect place to start. The fall colors along the parkway will make for an amazing day on the lake!
Open to students, faculty, and staff. No experience necessary.
All equipment included. Snacks will be provided. Participants will need to provide a packed lunch or additional snacks and a water bottle. There are limited spots for transportation. If you need to carpool This will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We prefer that students drive themselves or carpool with their roommates/friends.
Meet at 10:00 am in The Hayes parking lot on the front of campus.
