Foundations of Faith Community Nurses Course

Faith Community Nurses provide intentional care to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and communities. This eight-week online course utilizes the 2014 Foundations of Faith Community Nursing curriculum to help nurses in any faith or spiritual community to provide healing, wellness, health promotion, and disease prevention.

Participants must be a registered nurse with an unemcumbered, active license. Participants should also have access to a computer, as all course activity is conducted through the use of a web-based learning management system. 

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded 40 CEUs. 

This activity has been submitted to North Carolina Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. North Carolina Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
